Massage therapy is more than a massage — it's an opportunity for me to ensure you feel heard & cared for as a whole person, not just sore muscles.
The foundation of my practice is evidence based care. This has strong roots in the biopsychosocial model. Essentially, your social life, your mental health, and your biological health all play a role in how your body holds tension, experiences pain, and your mood. I would love to discuss how can I help you feel better and more confident.
Book NowMy mission is to provide thoughtful, personalized massage therapy that helps each client feel heard, supported, and cared for. I believe effective treatment begins with understanding the person—not just the symptoms—so every session is shaped around your individual needs, comfort, and goals.
I value compassion, professionalism, education, and accessibility. Whether I'm helping someone manage ongoing tension, recover from an injury, or simply take time for themselves, I strive to create a safe and welcoming experience where clients can feel confident in their care. My goal is to build lasting relationships with the people I serve and help them take an active role in their own well-being.
From prenatal and scar tissue massage to manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and post-surgical and post-injury care, I tailor each session to what you need — physically and mentally. Whether you're supporting recovery, managing tension, or making space for you, I provide skilled, attentive, client-centered care built around you.
I graduated from Vicars School of Massage Therapy, earning a 4.0 GPA and receiving an Academic Scholarship in recognition of my dedication and academic excellence. My education provided a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, pathology, orthopedic assessment, and therapeutic techniques, allowing me to deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based care to every client.
MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy holds CMTCA accreditation, meaning its curriculum meets the same standards of quality and thoroughness mandated in all provinces where massage therapy is a regulated profession. As of Sep 2026, according to the CMTCA website, there are only 3 accredited massage therapy programs in all of Alberta - Vicars (in Calgary & Edmonton) being one of those.

When I'm not in the treatment room, I'm a proud single mom to four amazing kids who keep life busy and rewarding! 3 of my children are neurodiverse, and 2 of my children identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community. My children are my absolute world, along with my 2 fur babies.
I love spending time outdoors and whenever I can, you'll find me camping, hiking, and enjoying nature. Those experiences remind me of the importance of staying active, finding balance, and taking care of both body and mind—values I bring into my practice every day.
Also, I love ice cream.

During your initial visit, I will perform an assessment to gather information about your chief complaint. I then use those findings to help guide treatment and create an individualized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.
